Description
Adherent Cell Cartridge. 60 mL working volume, 1,440 cm² growth surface, sterile.
2.4 m² of growth surface per liter, concentrated into a single closed 60 mL unit. Equivalent to approximately 8 standard T175 flasks in one vessel, with one incubator footprint.
The same gyroid-structured bubble-free bioreactor used in the suspension cartridge carries the microchannel network here too, its geometry inspired by the efficiency of the human vascular system, so nutrients and gas flow organically to every point on the growth surface. Delivery is uniform across the full surface, minimizing dead zones.
Flow is laminar and bubble-free throughout. Media exchange is continuous and automated.
Formulation, feeding and harvest all run through the same automated closed system, cutting the touchpoints where contamination and operator variation enter a culture. Less artisanal, more repeatable.
The cartridge arrives pre-assembled and pre-sterilized.
