The High Throughput Bioprocessor (HTB) is an easy-to-use semi-automated platform designed for RUO to streamline and accelerate bioprocess development.
Bench-top bioprocessor for continuous, bubble-free cell culture. Runs up to three independent processes in parallel from a single control unit, with single-use cartridges for adherent and suspension cells.
+ $60,000 USD / year for software, warranty & support maintenance
Description
The HTB offers:
- Three fully independent processes in parallel from a single control unit
- Continuous perfusion without batch interruptions for up to 90 days
- No impellers, no spargers, no foam, no meaningful shear stress
- No antifoam agents or shear protectants required
- Real-time monitoring: dissolved oxygen, pH, CO2, temperature
- Automated feed handling, up to five reagents, independent per process
- Single-use pre-sterilized cartridges without autoclaving or cleaning validation needed
- Adherent and suspension workflows via the corresponding cartridge
- Bench-top footprint without facility modification needed
- Full run traceability in supporting software
What it is built for
The HTB is a Research Use Only platform for bioprocess development, cell therapy research and pre-clinical work.
